600-400 Safety & Bypass Valve

The 600-400 series of Safety & Bypass valves is formely known as Kobelt 7020. It safeguards the steering gear and rudder against damage from hydraulic shocks and over pressurization. The unit also acts as a bypass valve to allow for bleeding the system or rotating the rudder by hand. 

This valve is recommended to be installed close to the hydraulic actuator

This unit is supplied with a manifold featuring enough ports to allow plumbing directly into the steering lines without the necessity of pipe tees.
