DCS International was founded in 1997. Owner Patrick Hoekstra already had several years of experience with Kobelt products. He took the opportunity to become a distributor for Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux) of Kobelt with both hands.

About Kobelt can be told that it has over sixty years of experience in the development of unique components for the maritime industry. Kobelt’s product range includes mechanical and electronic engine controls, steering and propeller brakes. Also Keypower bow & stern thrusters and Accu-Steer continues run pumps belong to their assortment. We are able to give service and repair to controls which extend our own product range.

MARINE JET POWER
Since 2012 our second division DCS Marine Waterjets B.V. is service representative for Marine Jet Power in Sweden. This brand is known for, among others, Ultrajet waterjets. Through knowledge we are able to give service for several brands.

DCS has a wide customer base. Inland shipping, of course, but also the military division, wind farm and oil industry, dredging sector, tugboat sector and the KNRM are included.
An incredibly important asset is maintenance and service for the ships.

Although sometimes malfunctions can be resolved by telephone, if not, we will try to be on board as soon as possible. Due to its extensive customer base, DCS is also active internationally.
